PURE Fitness & Yoga Passes Terms and Conditions:

This offer is only available for app members to the MoneyBack program (“MB Program Members”) (operated by A. S. Watson MoneyBack (HK) Limited (“MBHK”) and PURE non-Cardholders or previous PURE Cardholders who are Hong Kong residents and 18 years of age or older. If an existing PURE Cardholder purchases this pass, it will be added to their existing agreement. Please note that the existing agreement cannot be terminated or refunded.
The promotion period is from now until 31 December 2023.
The offers are valid for redemption until 31 December 2023, after which they will be invalid.

Each MoneyBack Member can only use the promotion code once and enjoy the EXTRA rewards corresponding to one Pass only during the entire promotional period regardless of the number of Passes that the member has purchased. If a member has purchased more than one Pass, he/she will only receive one EXTRA reward based on the first Pass that he/she has purchased during the Promotion Period. No MoneyBack points will be awarded for any subsequent Passes that he/she purchases.
The offers cannot be redeemed/exchanged for cash/other products or used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts.
To enjoy Free EXTRA Rewards upon purchase of PASSES offered by PURE International (HK) Limited (“PURE”) available at PURE Hong Kong branches and earn MoneyBack points, MB Program Members are required to download the unique promo code (“Discount Code”) through the MoneyBack app, and provide it on the designated link from PURE, who is the supplier of the service.
In order to earn EXTRA rewards (including but not limited to MoneyBack points pursuant to the Clause above), the MoneyBack Member must purchase the pass on the designated website of PURE with the unique promo code, and complete this online form https://bit.ly/3P2ySPE within 7 days of purchase to register and input MoneyBack member ID. MoneyBack Member hereby confirms that he/she is the registered member of the relevant MoneyBack account and that the MoneyBack account ID inputted is accurate to enjoy extra MoneyBack points.
MoneyBack points will be credited to the Eligible member’s MoneyBack account about within around 60 working days after the successful purchase of the pass and the completion of the form has been verified.
Visitors MUST provide HKID for first time access.
PURE reserves the right to assign a personal trainer for the package. Senior personal trainers are excluded from this promotion.
Personal training session is 60 minutes in duration. Booking is required on a first-come-first-served basis.
Personal training session is available only at selected PURE Fitness locations.
The offers are valid in Hong Kong only and all eligible transactions are conducted in Hong Kong currency.
MBHK and PURE reserve the right to alter, extend or terminate the offers and amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. All matter or disputes will be subject to the decision of MBHK and PURE which shall be final and binding.
MBHK is not the supplier of the products/services in these offers. MBHK shall have no liability relating to any aspect of the products/services, including without limitation, their quality, the supply, the description of goods and/or services provided by PURE, any trade description, representation, statement, practices or conduct in connection with the offers or in making available the products and/or services in relation to the offers, by PURE, their employees, officers or agents.
MBHK shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of accepting or using any of the offers.
If there are any discrepancies between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
