Terms and Conditions

1. The PURE passes offer (“the Offer”) is brought to you by HSBC Life (International) Limited, incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability (“HSBC Life”), and shall at all times be subject to these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).
2. The Offer is applicable to Well+ members and Benefits+ members who are based in Hong Kong only and 18 years of age or older.
3. The Offer is applicable to non-PURE Cardholders only.
4. The promo codes issued under the Offer will be valid from 24 April 2023 to 30 June 2024, both dates inclusive (“the Offer Period”).
5. The offer is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash; also cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
6. The offer is valid at all PURE INTERNATIONAL (HK) Limited (PURE) locations in Hong Kong.
7. The registration links are provided by PURE. These linked sites are not under HSBC Life’s control and are governed by PURE’s own terms of use. HSBC Life shall not be responsible for any personal information submitted to such site, nor the content or operation of such site or compatibility issues between your electronic device and the site, or where the site may fail to function properly during the Offer Period, or if it cannot be accessed due to any reason, such that you will not be able to access the site in order to redeem the promo codes.
8. PURE is solely responsible for redeeming and giving effect to the Offer as applicable; and shall provide the products and/or services that are the subject of the Offer to the selected Well+ members under PURE’s own terms and conditions. HSBC Life does not purport to become a party to any sales contract between PURE and the Well+ or Benefits+ members.
9. PURE is not acting as an agent or representative of the Bank or HSBC Life in relation to the offer.
10. In case of any enquiry related to the promo codes or Offer details, please contact us by going to ‘Support’ and selecting ‘Chat with us’ in the HSBC HK Mobile Banking app; otherwise, for any enquiries regarding course relevant service information, please contact PURE directly.
11. In the event of any dispute arising out of this Offer, the decision of HSBC Life shall be final and conclusive.
12. HSBC Life reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and the Offer may be withdrawn and/or terminated by HSBC Life at its discretion without prior notice. HSBC Life accepts no liability for any such change, withdrawal and/or termination.
13. No person other than the Well+ member and Benefit+ member and HSBC Life will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
14. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
15. These Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with the Well+ Terms and Conditions, available on Well+ website or on the HSBC HK Mobile Banking app. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Well+ Terms and Conditions in respect of this Offer only, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
16. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
