Terms & Conditions for PURE privilege offer for The Club members purchasing designated monthly Pass (“Pass(es)”):

This promotion (“Promotion”) is valid from 5 July 2023 until 30 September 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). If you purchase a designated Monthly Pass (“Pass(es)”) at the Designated Website (defined below) using the designated promotion code “THECLUB”, you agree you have read and understand these Terms & Conditions (including how your data may be handled) and accept and agree to be bound by them.
All Passes and purchases of Passes are provided and processed by PURE International (HK) Limited (“PURE”). For the terms and conditions of the Passes, bonus passes and waiver of joining fee, and personal training sessions, please refer to the designated website) (“Designated Website”) hosted by PURE.
This Promotion is valid for the PURE locations listed on the Designated Website.
Only non-PURE Cardholders who are 18 years old or above are eligible to purchase and use the Passes under this Promotion. This Promotion is only available to eligible non-PURE Cardholders who are also The Club members (“Eligible Member”).
All Passes must be purchased during the Promotion Period, paid for in full online at the Designated Website at the time of purchase, and activated at the selected location where the subscribed Pass is valid for on or before 30 September 2023.
All information in the online order form under Designated Website of PURE must be completed.
During the Promotion Period, each Eligible Member is entitled to a specific amount of Clubpoints as EXTRA rewards upon purchase of a Pass at the Designated Website hosted by PURE by entering designated promotion code “THECLUB”:
1-month Fitness and/or Yoga Pass – Earn 500 Clubpoints; or
6-month Fitness and/or Yoga Pass – Earn 1,000 Clubpoints; or
12-month Fitness and/or Yoga Pass – Earn 1,500 Clubpoints.Each Eligible Member can only use the promotion code once and enjoy the EXTRA rewards corresponding to one Pass only during the entire Promotion Period. For the avoidance of doubt, each Eligible Member can only receive EXTRA rewards once during the Promotion Period regardless of the number of Passes that the Eligible Member has purchased. If an Eligible Member has purchased more than one Pass, he/she will only receive one EXTRA reward based on the first Pass that he/she has purchased during the Promotion Period. No Clubpoints will be awarded for any subsequent Passes that he/she purchases.
In order to earn EXTRA rewards (including but not limited to Clubpoints pursuant to Clause 7 above), The Club Member must input the same mobile number as registered in his/her The Club account during purchase of a Pass at the Designated Website of PURE. The Club Member hereby confirms that he/she is the registered member of the relevant The Club account and that the mobile number inputted is accurate. The Club Member is responsible for ensuring the data provided in the online order form is true, correct and complete. The Club and PURE shall not be liable in any way to the The Club Member or any person for any losses arising from any inaccuracies, errors or incompleteness in the data provided. The Club Member also consents that PURE will transfer the mobile phone number inputted during purchase of a Pass to Club HKT Limited (“Club HKT”) for the purpose of eligibility verification and crediting relevant Clubpoints to Eligible Member’s The Club account and all purposes directly related to this Promotion. If The Club account cannot be identified in The Club’s record based on the mobile number and/or the mobile number is invalid or incorrect, Clubpoints will not be credited to Eligible Member’s The Club account and other EXTRA rewards will not be awarded to the Eligible Member. The Eligible Member will not be notified in this circumstance, and PURE and Club HKT will not issue and/or re-issue the relevant Clubpoints and other EXTRA rewards under any circumstances.
Clubpoints will be credited to Eligible Members’ The Club accounts approximately eight weeks after successful subscription of relevant Passes and verification.
Eligible Member’s The Club account must be in-force/valid when the purchase is made and when the Clubpoints are credited, otherwise if Clubpoints are not credited to the The Club account due to invalid The Club account, the corresponding Clubpoints will not be re-issued or re-credited under any circumstances.
The Pass(es), bonus pass, waiver of joining fee and personal training sessions are provided by PURE. PURE will notify Eligible Members who purchase for Passes for the arrangement of bonus passes and complimentary personal training session via mobile or email within 7 days after successful subscription and verification.
All Clubpoints, Pass(es), bonus pass, waiver of joining fee and personal training sessions are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Unless otherwise specified, this Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount or cash coupon, and is non-refundable, non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.
This Promotion may be revised from time to time at the sole discretion of PURE and Club HKT without prior notice.
The Promotion is subject to Terms & Conditions as dictated by PURE and Club HKT (available at https://www.puregroup.com.hk/theclub/all-passes and https://www.theclub.com.hk/en/terms-and-conditions.html respectively). The Terms & Conditions of PURE and Club HKT are subject to revision of PURE and Club HKT without prior notice.
PURE and Club HKT have the right to cancel or amend any or all parts of the Promotion and modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
The calculation, redemption and validity of Clubpoints are governed by the Terms and Conditions of Club HKT. All benefits, amenities, offers, awards and services of Club HKT are subject to availability and may be changed at any time without notice. Club HKT is not the supplier/provider of the goods, products and/or service provided by PURE (including but not limited to the Pass(es), bonus pass, waiver of joining fee and personal training sessions). Club HKT makes no representation or warranty (including but not limited to the quality, merchantability, fitness for any purposes or availability) as to its goods, products and/or services (including but not limited to the Pass(es), bonus pass, waiver of joining fee and personal training sessions) and accepts no liability for any matters arising from, or in relation to, the same. PURE is solely responsible for all obligations and liability relating to the provision of goods, products and/or services (including but not limited to the Pass(es), bonus pass, waiver of joining fee and personal training sessions). Please ensure you understand the merchant descriptions and purchase conditions before proceeding with a purchase. Any dispute connected in any way with this Promotion will be resolved by PURE at its absolute discretion.
In the event of inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
In the event of a dispute, decisions made by PURE and Club HKT will be final and binding.
